Location: Harrow, London
Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 per annum  
Hours: 07:30 - 20:00 / 7:30 - 08:00. 3,4 shift pattern across 7 days. Must be able to work - days, nights and weekends.

About the Role:
Appoint Healthcare are proud to partner with an extremely reputable independent and growing provider of mental health services for male adults with severe and enduring mental health illness, co-morbid physical health problems and complex needs. Together, we are seeking a Charge Nurse ( RMN ) for their new, specialist male inpatient hospital based in Harrow, London. 

As a qualified Charge Nurse / Senior Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ), you will ensure working aged males within this inpatient service receive high-quality care, while working alongside of other disciplines and leading a nursing team and supporting their development. 

Typical diagnoses: schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar affective disorder or depression.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need to Be:

  • An Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN )
  • Previous experience working within Mental Health / acute, forensic, low - high secure, rehabilitation / NHS or private
  • Previous experience in leading a team, assessing, planning, delivering care plans, completing clinical audits 
  • Strong values and be able to demonstrate this in your day to day running of the ward
