Main Duties & Responsibilities Mental Health-Male Support Worker-Night Shifts
- Be able to provide constant care and support to the service users with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities.
- At least 2 years Experience working with Mental Health Needs and learning disabilities
- A desire to work with people who may show signs of challenging behaviour
- Commit to working with Adults who may be at risk
- Should be available to do Night Shifts
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Demonstrate expertise in person-centred care for elderly residents in a care home setting.
- Have hands-on experience working with individuals having mental health needs and a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and regulations.
- A cleared DBS check and right to work in UK .
