Social Housing Contractor looking for Multi Traders to join the Repairs Team North of the river with most properties being situated around HA, UB and NW postcodes carrying out day to day repairs and maintenance in Social Housing properties.
This role is mobile with a van and fuel card provided by the client. A full UK Driving licence is required.
The client will also provide you with a PDA and uniform to carry out your duties
Duties will include:
- Flooring
- Carpentry
- Basic Plumbing
- Painting and Decoration
- Tiling
- Patch Plastering
- Kitchens/Bathrooms
INTERVIEWS WILL BE HELD AT THE HEAD OFFICE, WHICH IS IN ROMFORD
HOURS 8am - 5pm
PAID 40 HOURS
UNPAID 1 hour unpaid lunch
