Job Responsibilities: As an Intervention Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to the class teacher in the mornings during lessons
  • Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive learning environment
  • Working one-to-one or with small groups of students to support their academic progress in the afternoons
  • Utilising your experience and knowledge, including phonics knowledge if available, to aid in student development across reading, writing, and maths
  • Collaborating with fellow educators and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for all students.
