If you have experience working as a Teaching Assistant, whether on a one-to-one basis or with small groups, we want to hear from you!

We are currently seeking dedicated Mainstream Primary SEN Teaching Assistants to join a variety of schools in Harrow. This is a fulfilling opportunity to positively impact the lives of young learners with special educational needs.

Role Details:
  • Flexible positions available (full-time and part-time)

  • Experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting

  • Located in the London Borough of Harrow

  • Competitive pay: £85 - £110 per day

Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored one-on-one or small group support to SEN students in the classroom

  • Assist the class teacher in delivering and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

  • Create and adapt learning resources to meet the diverse needs of students

  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being among pupils

  • Work closely with the SENCO and external specialists to develop effective support strategies
