· Local residency: Must be based in or near Harrow, with the ability to commute easily.

· Customer-focused communication skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a positive, professional attitude.

· Self-driven and goal-oriented: A motivated individual who thrives in a commission-based role.

· Automotive knowledge: Familiarity with vehicles, financing options, and dealership operations.
