Job Title: WTG Marshalling Harbour Employer Site Representative
Location: Able Seaton, Teesside.
Length of Contract: 9 months initial contract
Pay Rate: 拢750 per day via PAYE Umbrella
Hours: 14-day Shift Pattern, with a back-to-back - 12 hours per day / 7 days per week cover. Day and night shifts required.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Dogger Bank Offshore Wind Farms is a multi-billion-pound offshore wind development and construction project, and as a member of the WTG Package team, you will work closely with the WTG Installation Manager, WTG Commissioning Lead, WTG Engineer and WTG Quality to ensure delivery of a successful project.
The successful candidate will have the proven skills necessary to build relationships with key internal and key GE pre-assembly stakeholders to ensure that WTG marshalling harbour activities are safely executed and an accordance with technical and quality requirements.
Working as an integral member of the WTG Package team the WTG Marshalling Harbour Employer Site Representative shall manage WTG load-in and pre-assembly activities, as defined within the key accountabilities of this role. The role will be back-to-back with another WTG Marshalling Harbour Employer Site Representative and will work closely with the Employer Site Manager.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Role and Responsibilities are to ensure that all works undertaken comply with project specific requirements to include:
路Monitoring Contractor's load-in & pre-assembly site activities and compliance with defined procedures.
路Tracking and monitoring of component movements and logistical planning.
路Monitoring Contractor's load-out activities and preparations.
路Tracking the preservation of components in compliance with GE requirements.
路Produce a daily report of key activities and findings on site.
路Safety walkarounds with GE.
路Attending daily/weekly coordination meetings with the GE site team.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
We are looking for someone who has WTG construction experience within large complex projects.
路Minimum HNC qualified in an engineering or construction.
路Five years of relevant WTG construction experience, as an Employer Representative of similar.
路Demonstrable understanding of the quality function, during the execution of EPC contracts.
路Experience of working collaboratively with Clients and Contractors.
路Good communication skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships with multiple stakeholders.
路Experience in monitoring Contractor activities in the following project phases: preservation, installation and commissioning through to completion / hand over, including management of non-conformities.
路Demonstrable understanding of Project documentation arrangements, including Contractor documentation deliverables.
路Willingness to be site based.
路Strong ethos relating to Health Safety and Wellbeing.
