4x Site Supervisor

Rubicon Consultingis currently recruiting for 4x Site Supervisors on a 6 Month Contract, based in Hartlepool.

This role is Outside IR35.

This role will consist of 14 day rotations.

• Must be experienced in Pre-assembly tower completion activities.
• Must be able to evidence experience working in a similar role overseeing tower construction activities within the wind industry.
• Driving PL and Preassembly activities, schedule and progress.
• Report timings recorded by M&E contractor and issue reports on M&E contractors peogress to Site Management team.
• Be able to and having the confidence to challenge M&E contractor on execution, planning and work ethic of all works required under base scope tower completions and PLI works.
• Preparation work for future load outs (Material handling).
• Carrying out Pre walk with M&E contractor before client quality walkdown.
• Ensure M&E contractor is working effectively and efficiently.
• Identify gaps in planning and work ethic of M&E Contractor.
• Must have lean mindset with the delivery of a load out.
• Will work closely with the Quality team of the verification, validity and follow up actions on all non-standard works across the tower pre-assembly builds.
• Will be the point of contact between M&E Contractor and Site warehouse/logistics department for organisation, retrieval, and identification of all tower parts.
