Job Description:

As an Assistant Store Manager you will be in charge over maximising sales, helping coach and support staff and having great product knowledge to portray the highest standard of customer service. You will want to build great relationships with customers and staff and use those relationships to develop profitable sales.

The job:

• Provide high standards of customer service, in person, over email or on the phone
• Assist with the day to day running of business
• Create stratagies to achieve sales and targets
• Complete health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and clean work place.
• Managing stock levels
• Support your store manager to grow and develop your business

About you:

As an Assistant Store Manager you will need to have a can do attitude . You should have extensive Motor Experience including knowledge of all parts. You will have knowledge in using customer systems and software.
