Job Title: Temporary HRBP / Senior HR Advisor

Location: Hartlepool (hybrid/flexible)

Duration: 4 weeks

Role Overview: On organisation in Hartlepool is seeking a skilled and experienced HRBP or Senior HR Advisor for a temporary 4-week position. This role will focus on employee relations casework, providing essential support to the HR team during a busy period. The successful candidate will work together with the HR Manager to deliver a professional, proactive and effective HR service across the organisation, which supports the full career cycle of an employee and will cover all aspects of a generalist HR Role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including disciplinary investigations and grievances.
  • Handle flexible working requests and ensure compliance with relevant policies.
  • Conduct sickness absence meetings and manage related casework.
  • Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and staff.
  • Ensure all employee relations activities are conducted in line with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in employee relations casework, including disciplinary investigations and flexible working requests.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
