The RoleWe are delighted to support our client with interim cover for their Executive Assistant to the CEO.  The role will be for approximately 1 month across January 2025 and will incorporate the following duties:
  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Correspondence: Handle emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and organise reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Event Planning: Organise events, conferences, and team meetings as needed.
  • Office Management: Maintain office supplies, systems, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Relationship Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
  • Task Prioritization: Track deadlines, manage priorities, and ensure timely task completion.
