Sonic Summary

Our client is a well-established Independent Mortgage and Equity Release Brokerage seeking an experienced mortgage broker based in Stockton.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry and live within 30 miles of Stockton.
The position offers a competitive salary with a commission package and full benefits, including hybrid working options with 2 days from home.
All leads and appointments will be provided, with a focus on phone and Zoom consultations, as well as some in-office meetings for local clients.

Our client is a successful and established Independent Mortgage and Equity Release Brokerage with National coverage

They are looking for an employed experienced mortgage Broker to join the team based in Stockton therefore we will consioder all canddiates within a cummtable distance to Stockton (within 30 miles)

All Leads and Appointments provided

The client has gained an excellent Corporate Contract producing a strong National leads flow

You will deal mainly with client on the phone and Zoom however if they are local then they will meet you in the office

(10 to 15 hotkey appointments produced of which are mortgage enquiries from a partner for properties with no mortgage, looking for a minimum of £100k and all pre-qualified)

This is a great opportunity on an employed basis

Hybrid working opportunity as well with 2 days from home
