Reed Business Support are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to support our client in managing the tender process. This role is crucial for securing new contracts and retaining existing ones. The successful candidate will contribute to the creation of high-quality proposals and support bid activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in bid support and participate in day-to-day bid activities.
  • Produce high-quality, creative bid responses, ensuring key themes are effectively articulated.
  • Research current and future market trends to ensure tender proposals remain relevant and innovative.
  • Coordinate proposal input from subject matter experts to obtain relevant information for technical bid responses.
  • Ensure proposal documents follow company formatting and quality standards; assist with artwork as required.
  • Produce compelling tender presentation materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at various levels.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on producing clear and compelling content.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of risk management and mitigation.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Proficiency in design software such as InDesign is beneficial.
