Job Title: Deputy Manager - Children's Homes
Salary Range: 42,741 - 49,319 per annum
Location: Hartlepool, Durham

As a Deputy Manager in our Children's Homes, you will play a crucial role in creating a secure, safe, and motivating environment for both staff and the young individuals we support. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring it operates to high standards
- Support and lead the team to provide holistic care for young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs
- Help young people regain their childhood and pave the way to becoming well-rounded adults
- Uphold our commitment to inclusivity and SEND inclusion support
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare, including supervisory capacity
- Level 3 Diploma qualification in Residential Childcare (England)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (desirable, provided if needed)
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months

- Base salary of 41,341 - 47,919
- Attendance allowance up to 1,400 per year
