A Recruitment Administrator is required for a processing site in the Hartlepool area.A talented recruiter or recruitment administrator is needed to join a great team to manage administration, registrations, compliance and report data for a key client , for a specialist onsite managed services provider.

This is a busy role that requires someone who has recruitment experience, or basic HR experience, to support a busy team in their recruitment and management of operations. You will be processing workforce recruitment, compliance, processing of working hours through to preparation of site reports and recruitment of new starters.

About you:

  • You will be a skilled and experienced in recruitment administration or onboarding administration.
  • You will be great at communicating and confident in supporting people with queries.
  • You will be a meticulous administrator with great organizational skills and compliance
  • A resilient and calm person who can handle a challenge and positively lead others
  • You will have worked in the recruitment or human resources team, or perhaps within onboarding management.

The role:

  • Advertising roles and screening applicants
  • Screening shortlisted candidates face to face and interviewing alongside the team
  • Supporting the team with fulfilment and performance review meetings
  • Liaising with management of site to ensure training, safety and compliance
  • Assessing and inductions of site, safety and compliance
  • Processing all workforce administration, compliance and training records.
  • Basic audits to ensure safety and compliance
  • Supporting with basic people management and HR processes
  • Assisting in rotas and holiday bookings.
  • Health and safety records
  • Team development and training

Working standard hours of 8:00 -5:00pm Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary plus a long list of benefits, you will be offered excellent training, clear progression routes and 25 days holiday plus stats. There is free parking onsite and the company is located 5 miles from the city centre.This is a temporary 12 month contract role that may extend or become permanent.
