Join a close-knit marketing team working across a growing portfolio. With a strong design heritage and an entrepreneurial culture, this fast-paced business is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support and elevate its online presence – particularly across social media and influencer marketing.

You’ll play a key role in delivering content that drives engagement, builds community, and supports wider digital strategies, with opportunities to grow and develop your skills across a variety of digital channels.

THE ROLE

Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll take full ownership of organic social channels while contributing to a wide variety of marketing activity. You’ll lead the delivery of engaging social and influencer campaigns, while also supporting broader initiatives across multiple consumer-facing brands—including content strategy, influencer partnerships, campaign planning, and performance analysis.This is a hands-on, varied role that offers real scope for creativity and growth—perfect for someone looking to expand their experience across the full digital marketing mix.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage organic content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok
  • Oversee day-to-day running of social channels, including scheduling, copywriting and community management
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to support campaign execution
  • Manage paid and gifted influencer partnerships from research and outreach through to results tracking
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to align social and influencer strategies with wider business goals
  • Track performance, share insights, and make data-led recommendations to improve results
  • Support the PR function and contribute to building a joined-up approach to content and communications
  • Assist in the implementation of new processes and planning tools
WHAT YOU’LL BRINGWe’re looking for a proactive and passionate digital marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll have the confidence to manage multiple projects and the curiosity to stay ahead of digital trends.You should have:
  • 2+ years experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and influencer activity
  • A flair for writing engaging copy and a strong visual eye
  • Knowledge of tools like Canva, GA4, Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to analyse performance and apply insights to improve results
  • Collaborative approach and a desire to work across functions
  • An eye for innovation and awareness of digital marketing trends
  • Experience managing budgets and working to deadlines
Desirable but not essential:
  • Experience with affiliate marketing and eCRM
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Pro)
