Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Permanent Regional Administrator, working for a client located in Hartlepool. Reporting to the Transport Director. The successful candidate will deliver a range of duties in support of a number of allocated sites/regions.

Regional Administrator Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The post is responsible for the day-to-day completion of all administrative duties within the transport and depot operations. The person will work as part of a regional team.
  • Implementation of our Health, Safety & Environment policies.
  • Providing support cover for the central planning and artic/bulk fleet team.
  • Record maintenance for all vehicles ensuring absolute compliance.
  • Procurement and provision of all consumable items across the transport and depot operations.
  • Creation of all purchase orders.
  • Collating and providing all information for payroll.

Regional Administrator Applicants:

Essential:

  • An ability and experience to collaborate with wider stakeholder groups inside and outside of The Company.
  • Strong planning skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining compliance.
  • Strong I.T. skills.
  • An ability to motivate and engage the team in understanding best practice and compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
  • An ability to develop and maintain a harmonious team working environment, reducing points of conflict, and resolving any issues at the earliest stage possible.
  • An ability to make the best use of the resources available to address the agreed priorities.
  • A comprehensive understanding and knowledge of all relevant regulatory, law and compliance legislation.
  • An ability to analyse data to provide effective management reporting to enable fully informed decision making for the Transport Director.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience of working as an administrator within a fuel distribution or transport industry.
