VONNE (Voluntary Organisations Network North East), the regional infrastructure organisation for the voluntary and community sector, is recruiting for a LARCH (Local Access in Redcar & Cleveland and Hartlepool) Programme Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Programme or Project Manager to continue delivery of the LARCH programme, with a particular focus on enterprise development, partnership coordination, learning & evaluation processes and legacy planning. The post holder will work closely with the LARCH Partnership to implement the programme including a recent operational and governance review to achieve the shared vision that translates the programme principles and values.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational, inter-personal and project management skills.They are seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual, with experience of managing complex partnership projects, and a passion for developing the social economy and supporting the growth and resilience of community, charity and social enterprise organisations.

LARCH is one of six places that are delivering a programme with a blend of grant and repayable investment, alongside enterprise development support, to strengthen the local social economy.The Local Access programme is being jointly funded by Better Society Capital and Access The Foundation for Social Investment. It aims to support the growth of local social economies to help reduce poverty and inequality.
