Recycling Operative

Stratton Recruitment are working with a market leading recycling company based in Hartlepool , TS25.

As a result of planned and continued growth we are seeking a recycling operatives to enhance our clients team.

A fast growing company with ever increasing volumes, there are opportunities for career progression. this is a role requiring at times the physical handling of material in addition to the use of plant machinery.

Reporting to the operations manager the successful candidate will receive full training on the operations of the company and the safe operation and maintenance of machinery. A strong emphasis is placed on health and safety and positivity of working environment.

The role involves:

* operating and maintaining machinery

* adhering to health and safety procedures

* adhering to operating procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations

* preparing and grading wastes prior to processing

* assisting with the smooth running of the facility

* undergoing a full training program and continuous improvement training

* manual handling

NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED AS FULL AND ON GOING TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED, PLEASE NOTE ENGLISH IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY.

THIS IS AN IMMEDIATE START ALL WORK IS ONGOING.

HOURS OF WORK

• Monday to Friday 7AM -7PM Monday to Friday ( no weekends)
