Job Description
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the supply chain processes, including production planning, inventory control, and logistics operations. This hands-on position involvesstepping in to provide operational support when necessary.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end supply chain management, including warehouse and logistics operations.
- Production planning and stock management to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Hands-on involvement, including FLT operation, to support operational continuity.
- Driving process improvements in supply chain and manufacturing.
- Collaborating closely with the Plant Manager to ensure seamless operations.

Skills & Experience
The ideal Supply Chain Specialistwill possess:
- A background in industries such as chemical, plastics, petrochemical, food, or pharmaceuticals.
- Experience in production planning, stock management, capacity planning or production operations.
- A structured and proactive approach to work, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Hands-on experience in operational roles, including FLT driving (training can be provided).
