Recruitment Consultant –180 role -Candidate Delivery

We are seeking someone from either an Account Management/Internal Sales/Customer facing or Recruitment Consultant role to join one of our high-performing recruitment teams.

Working closely with Business Development Managers to understand client briefs and requirements, it will be your job to identify, attract and secure the right candidates for your client’s job roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend client meetings (Via Teams and face to face) to gain insights into the clients working environment and company culture so that you can fully understand the job brief and what your client is offering, in return, to prospective employees.
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates for a variety of roles both professional and blue collar.
  • Manage the full candidate journey, from initial contact to successful placement.
  • Provide ongoing support to candidates, including interview preparation, feedback, and post-placement care.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using various sourcing techniques, including job boards, networking, and social media.
  • Ensure clear, professional communication with both candidates and clients,  - verbally and via email, keeping them informed, at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process and fully meet client expectations.
  • Deliver suitable candidate options for your clients roles and ensure full client satisfaction by delivering on job briefs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident phone manner. This is a telephone-based role.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and understand their needs and career goals - excellent listening skills are needed.
  • Experience in managing the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
  • Team player with a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills – process driven
  • Previous recruitment experience whilst desirable is not essential
  • A positive and “Can Do” attitude with a resilient outlook
