About the role

As the Marketing Executive (Content & Social Media) you will be responsible for creating compelling content across various platforms, managing our social media presence, and supporting the overall content marketing strategy.

You will collaborate with the wider marketing team, plus other key stakeholders, to execute campaigns that grow brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive lead generation.

For this role, you will be a very creative thinker, with a keen eye for design and excellent copywriting skills. You should be familiar with various marketing techniques across all marketing channels, key focusses being social media and SEO.

Main Duties

Content Creation & Social Media Management:

  • Write, edit, and publish high-quality content for blog posts, web pages, newsletters, emails, and other marketing materials.
  • Create engaging and informative content that aligns with our brand voice and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with designers to create visual content, such as infographics, images, and videos.
  • Develop and manage the annual content calendar for all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Innovate and lead on key creative cross channel campaigns
  • Create, schedule, and publish social media posts to engage and grow our online audience.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and enquiries across all platforms.
  • Use social media analytics tools to track performance and optimise strategies.

Campaign Support:

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote content through paid and organic channels.
  • Support email marketing efforts by creating and optimising email content.

SEO & Analytics:

  • Optimise content for SEO to improve organic search performance.
  • Analyse content and social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and improve engagement.

Research & Trends:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and content marketing best practices.
  • Conduct research on competitors and identify new content opportunities.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (experience in Healthcare industry is a plus).
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms and understanding audience engagement.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimisation techniques.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus but not essential.
