Our client is currently recruiting for an experiencedMulti Skilled Engineerfor a contractual assignment based inHarwell, OX11
You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems within the facility
Available Shifts and Location:
- Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday- 5 Days A week
- Location:OX11 0GN
- Shift Times:08:00-17:00PM
- Pay Rate:23.70 per hour including holiday pay with the option to accure
- Pay Frequency:Weekly, every Friday before 5 PM
- Employment Type:Contract (PAYE only)

Qualifications Required:
- DBS Certificate
- Any releveant Certificates

Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in Facilities Maintenance, ideally within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or clean room environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, and BMS (Building Management Systems).
- Familiarity with CAFM systems for real-time job tracking and reporting.
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations and permit-to-work systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Perform electrical fault-finding and repairs on site equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including VAV, VRV, FCUs, and Air Handling Units (AHUs).
