Sigma Care is supporting local care homes and many other care settings to fulfil their staffing needs. We are looking for reliable, passionate, caring individuals to join our care team in providing excellent standards of care to our clients.

Experience as a Care/Support Assistant would be beneficial.

Duties Will Include:

  • The provision of personal care (dressing, washing, toileting, bathing/showering and feeding etc.)
  • Creating a supportive homely atmosphere where service users can achieve maximum independence.
  • Have individual responsibility, for the personal needs of the service users. Deliver a high standard of person centred care to the service users, promoting their dignity and independence at all times.
  • Social duties include talking, reading to service users, taking service users for walks, assisting with shopping and other recreational activities.

The ideal candidate will;

  • Ideally have one year experience in Care although this is not essential.
  • Be an excellent communicator and the ability to work well in a team.
