Salary: Circa £28,000 (dependant on experience)

Location: Harwich

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all filing is compliant with GDPR
  • Manage emails and phone calls
  • Assist with pay reviews
  • Inputting data on Resource Link
  • Support the Payroll Manager with various tasks
  • Process both weekly and monthly payrolls
  • Generate payroll reports and input data into SAP
  • Ensure adherence to payroll regulations

Skills and Competencies:

  • 1-2 years + payroll experience
  • Experience with pensions and tax
  • Familiarity with HMRC payroll regulations
  • Self-driven and proactive
  • Personable and social
  • Proficiency in MS Office
