What is the role?
- In this role as a HLTA, you will be supporting KS3 students (11-14 years old) with SEND. The needs of the students vary from ASD (including non-verbal), to PMLD, to other complex needs.
- Your role will involve having more impact on the teaching and learning of the students than the LSAs. You will plan lessons dependent on the students' needs and progress, and directly deliver some material underneath the supervision of the teacher.
- There may be some personal care required in this role.

- Prior HLTA experience, or substantial SEND LSA experience.
