SEN Teaching Assistant | 1:1 & Small Group Support | 80-100 Per Day | Enfield, North London

Reeson Education is looking for a committed and nurturing SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Enfield. This full-time role is ideal for someone experienced in supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, and speech & language needs, either in a 1:1 or small group setting.

You'll be working alongside a passionate team of educators who are dedicated to creating an environment where every child can thrive academically and socially.

What You'll Do as a SEN Teaching Assistant:

  • Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs

  • Lead or assist in small group interventions for literacy, numeracy, and emotional support

  • Work closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs)

  • Promote inclusion and engagement, encouraging independence and confidence

  • Help create a safe, calm and supportive learning environment



Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting

  • Understanding of autism, ADHD, and communication needs

  • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills

  • A proactive approach to learning support and classroom inclusion

  • An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
