Reeson Education is looking for a committed and nurturing SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Enfield. This full-time role is ideal for someone experienced in supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, and speech & language needs, either in a 1:1 or small group setting.
You'll be working alongside a passionate team of educators who are dedicated to creating an environment where every child can thrive academically and socially.

Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Enfield, North London
Salary: 80-100 per day
Start: Immediate
Contract: Full-time, term-time only
What You'll Do as a SEN Teaching Assistant:
Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs
Lead or assist in small group interventions for literacy, numeracy, and emotional support
Work closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
Promote inclusion and engagement, encouraging independence and confidence
Help create a safe, calm and supportive learning environment
Who We're Looking For:
Experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting
Understanding of autism, ADHD, and communication needs
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
A proactive approach to learning support and classroom inclusion
An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
