Tennial Personnel are actively seeking a skilled and experienced TIG welder to join our client's team based in Woodbridge. This position pays 12 to 14 per hour, depending on experience, and runs Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. This role will be on a temporary to permanent basis, following the completion of a 12-week probation period (after this probation period, the pay rate has the potential to rise based on your skillset and progression). The ideal candidate will work on a range of metal fabrication projects, ensuring high quality workmanship and adherence to safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform TIG welding depending on the project requirements
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Conduct quality checks to ensure welding meets company and industry standards
Operate machinery safely and effectively
Maintain a clear and organised workspace
Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Skills Required
Experience with welding and/or fabrication
Proficiency in TIG techniques
Strong attention to detail
Qualifications Required
Relevant welding certifications are an advantage
Previous experience within a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
