Office: West Sussex Frequent travel to site required
Duties:
- Lead the implementation and management of BIM processes across multiple projects
- Coordinate and centralize data from architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to streamline workflows
- Maintain and improve data exchange protocols, ensuring accurate information reaches site teams on time
- Act as the BIM Champion within the company, promoting BIM standards and best practices
- Oversee the integration of design and construction data within a Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Identify and resolve design-related issues before they impact project timelines, enhancing on-site efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Design Manager, Information Manager, BIM Champion or similar role within the construction or architecture industry
- In-depth understanding of BIM methodologies, particularly in data and information management
- Proficient in industry-standard BIM software, including Revit, BIM360, Procore, and other CDEs
- Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to drive BIM initiatives effectively
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
- Commitment to continuous improvement and staying up-to-date with industry advancements in digital construction
