Design Manager / Information Manager / BIM Champion

This role is ideal for a Design Manager, BIM Champion, or Information Manager with experience in high-quality construction projects, particularly in the residential sector, and a strong proficiency in BIM-related software like Revit, BIM360 or similar tools.

Duties:
  • Lead the implementation and management of BIM processes across multiple projects
  • Coordinate and centralize data from architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to streamline workflows
  • Maintain and improve data exchange protocols, ensuring accurate information reaches site teams on time
  • Act as the BIM Champion within the company, promoting BIM standards and best practices
  • Oversee the integration of design and construction data within a Common Data Environment (CDE)
  • Identify and resolve design-related issues before they impact project timelines, enhancing on-site efficiency

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Design Manager, Information Manager, BIM Champion or similar role within the construction or architecture industry
  • In-depth understanding of BIM methodologies, particularly in data and information management
  • Proficient in industry-standard BIM software, including Revit, BIM360, Procore, and other CDEs
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to drive BIM initiatives effectively
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
