Techunite Ltd are recruiting for a customer focussed individual who wants to expand and grow their career with an IT company. Working closely with the MD and the Technical Services Manager you will play a pivotal part in delivering customer satisfaction, retention and growth.
Internal training can be provided for the right indiviual.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and oversee the smooth delivery of services - customer retention, renewing contracts and upgrades
- Respond to customer enquiries about additional services needed to meet customer needs - upselling and cross-selling
- Client engagement
- Reconcile billing against usage, handle basic invoice and order queries and ensure all services align with customer expectations
