Bennett & Game have the pleasure of exclusively representing a Main Contractor, based in Haslemere who are seeking a Site Manager to join them due to continued growth. This particular business has been operating for over 17 years' delivering extremely prestigious and bespoke residential projects locally to their office in Haslemere. These schemes range from refurbishments and alterations through to new-build homes and extensions with project values from £1.5M to £10M for their well-established, client base of high-net-worth individuals.

The Site Manager will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the site managing both direct and sub-contract labour, ordering materials and liaising with others at the company while reporting to the Project Manager. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience managing bespoke residential, construction projects, will be based local to Haslemere, have good tenure and be seeking a permanent position.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business with over 40 staff and a turnover in excess of £11M, they are keen to progress the right individuals, have an excellent culture and low staff turnover.
