Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant/Business Manager to join their team in a high-level role.   • Performing various ad-hoc tasks as required.

Experience and Skills Requirements

  • Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours when required.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, project management tools).
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience working with suppliers or external partners.
  • Ability to attend board meetings and provide effective support as needed.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must have own vehicle.
