Annual Base Salary up to £40,000.00.
You must be living and working in the UK at present. NO OVERSEAS APPLICATIONS.
NO VISA SPONSORSHIP.

  • To establish and develop effective therapeutic relationships with patients and residents
  • To work collaboratively with staff across the services
  • To communicate effectively with carers and family members
  • To work as an effective member of the multi-disciplinary team 
  • To provide accurate and concise MDT and CPA reports in a timely manner
  • To provide clear, accurate clinical notes using the Carenotes software
  • To attend MDT and CPA meetings
  • To provide a consultative role to professionals from other units, the Care Quality Commission, and the Second Opinion Appointed Doctor (SOAD)s
  • To adhere to HCPC and RCOT standards of practice
  • To take into account the individuality of views, wishes and beliefs of patients/residents and their carers/families
  • To promote respect for diversity and combat stigma and exclusion at every opportunity
  • To demonstrate good reflective skills
  • To ensure adherence to policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and appropriate reporting
