Lettings Negotiator

Salary £23k - £25k + OTE and company benefits

Location: Hazelmere

Hours: Mon- Fri 9am - 18.00pm + every other Sat 9am - 2pm with the time back in lieu.

Must have a Full UK driving licence and own transport to apply.

You will ideally have some length of time within the property sector and thrive in a fast-paced proactive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with incoming calls and queries.
  • Booking in viewings and valuations.
  • New business generation, via phone and marketing activities.
  • Conducting viewings.
  • Property inspections.
  • Working towards team targets.
  • Cross selling additional services.
  • Negotiating rent and ensuring a smooth process for move in.
  • Updating the CRM system accurately.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • Full UK driving licence and own car. (Company car will be considered after successful probation).
  • Property sales or lettings background with a genuine passion for the property industry.
  • Great communication and relationship building skills.
  • Ambitious, proactive and driven.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise your workload and diary.
