The Requirements
- Must have a driving license and vehicle due to the remote location.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in repetitive tasks.
- Excellent time management and high data entry speed.
- Proficient in basic computer systems and software.
- Strong written English skills with a commitment to 100% accuracy.
- Thrives in a process-driven, consistent role.
The Responsibilities
- Process new sales orders and quotes accurately and efficiently
- Meet targeted goals for correctly processed orders and quotes
- Communicate with customers via email to send invoices
- Accurately enter sales orders and quotes into our ERP management system and communicate them with customers.
- Ensure timely and precise processing of orders and quotes.
