Day rate £80-£90 DOE
Are you passionate about supporting students' learning and helping them achieve their potential? NextGen Teachers are recruiting for Teaching Assistants to support a Primary Schools in West Sussex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Support students with their learning needs, both individually and in groups.
- Help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and support student progress, providing feedback as needed.
- Assist with classroom management and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- A genuine interest in education and helping children succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a classroom setting
