Our client is seeking a friendly and efficient Temporary Receptionist for an ongoing week-to-week basis in Hassocks, East Sussex.
The role requires the candidate to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Candidates should have experience in a receptionist or customer service role, along with excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
The position offers a salary of £10-£12 per hour and requires immediate availability, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

We are working on behalf of our fantastic client to find a friendly and efficient Temporary Receptionist for an ongoing week-to-week basis. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors
Answer and direct phone calls
Manage mail and deliveries
Maintain a tidy reception area
Assist with scheduling and general admin tasks

Requirements:

Experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational abilities

Location: Hassocks, East Sussex

Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
