Job Title: CustomerAccount Manager
Location: Outskirts of Hassocks
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary: 26,000 + (3 opportunities to earn extra through achieving personal targets, contributing to team goals, and supporting overall company revenue growth)
Driving Required: Yes, due to office location you must be a car driver with access to your own vehicle

What You'll Do:
- Be the go-to point of contact for their valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with a smile.
- Manage the enquires inbox, swiftly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Attend sales meetings to strategise and share insights with the team.
- Liaise with senior management on specific assignments to drive success.
- Develop long-term relationships that foster loyalty and trust.
- Represent the company at trade shows and events, showcasing their brand and products.
