Secretary - 12 Month FTC

Are you an experienced Secretary, looking for a new opportunity?

We are working with a company based in Hassocks who are looking for a full time Secretary to join the team on a 12-month maternity contract, to begin as soon as possible. You will be working Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm. This position will be paying a salary between £25k-£29k Per Annum (DOE) and will also offer hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home). Free parking is available onsite.

Duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and monitoring emails and forwarding on when required
  • Sending and franking letters and documentation
  • General office duties such as filing, scanning, and ordering stationery and equipment for the office
  • Diary management for the directors and partners
  • Arranging and confirming meetings
  • Drafting correspondence from templates and updating the CRM system when required
  • Preparing invoices and Excel spreadsheets for partners accounts
  • Assisting with preparation of partner's reports

To be successful for this position, you must have experience in providing administrative and secretarial support in a professional environment (within legal or medical). You must also be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
