My client a family founded company is looking for a Parts & Retail Manager to oversee the efficient running of our Parts Department whilst driving sales within the store, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and strong departmental profitability.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the showroom, goods inward area, and team.
- Support Sales and Service departments as well as key accounts.
- Ensure seamless communication between customers and the Parts team.
You’ll Need:
- Strong knowledge of parts and products (Agricultural, Construction, Groundcare).
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask efficiently.
