Are you a CNC Machinist with either Milling or Turning experience looking to work for a major international manufacturer who will offer long term job security, and unrivalled training and progression to develop you career?

You will be setting up and operating on a range of 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC machine tools, verifying programs using a range of measuring equipment and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methods.

THE ROLE:

  • Record daily operations on machine tools and provide operational equipment effectiveness
  • Prepare detailed numerical control programs for use in production on numerical controlled machinery
  • Run the EDM, including programming, setup and operation
  • Programming, setting and operating 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC machine tools
  • Interpret engineering drawings
  • Using a range of measurement equipment
  • Using Fanuc and Mazak machine tools
  • Observe health and safety regulations

THE PERSON:

  • Experience operating or programming ANY CNC machine
  • Experience using Fanuc or Mazatrol
  • Aerospace or Automotive background
