ROLE CONSTRUCTION FREELANCE SITE MANAGER LOCATION HASTINGS TN34 START ASAP DURATION 3 MONTHS+RATE £270 - £280 A DAY This job for a freelance Site Manager takes sole responsibility for a commercial fit-out project worth circa £1.5 million in Hastings, East Sussex. You will be report to the Contracts Manager, will need to be driven & capable of running and delivering the project on time as a stand-alone Site Manager, maintaining high levels of health & safety and delivering a high quality of workmanship in line with the company standards and client's expectations.Key skills and experience required:* CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid at Work.* Day to day supervision and co-ordination of on-site staff, subcontractors, plant and materials* Building and maintaining good relationships across all subcontractors and direct employees* Maintain strict quality control procedures and conduct regular site safety checks* Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for producing a high-quality finish* Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook* Strong communication and liaison skillsTo apply for this role please send your latest CV.
