My client is looking for a dynamic and innovative candidate to join their rapidly growing company.
This is a fantastic opportunity for those with previous experience as a Customer Services Advisor or a similar role who can work well within a team and on their own initiative. This role is permanent, working 37.5 hours per week, however, part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate
The Role:Customer Service Advisor
The Hours:Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
Location:Hastings
Salary:24,000- 25,000
Job role
- Build and maintain trusting and valued relationships with our customers, colleagues and all operational areas.
- Increase sales opportunities for the Company.
- Arrange / co-ordinate, through liaison with the internal distribution network, agreed delivery schedules to provide for the timely supply of requested goods or services to meet demand.
- Provide a positive call answer enquiry service.
- Input orders, providing an accurate order progressing service.
- Set up and maintain electronic and manual customer records
Candidate requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role providing excellent customer service.
- Experience in communicating and responding to customer queries via the telephone and email.
- Positive attitude and motivation and have good attention to detail.
- A confident and pleasant telephone manner
- Computer literacy skills
- Previous experience working in a team environment.
