My client is looking for a dynamic and innovative candidate to join their rapidly growing company.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those with previous experience as a Customer Services Advisor or a similar role who can work well within a team and on their own initiative. This role is permanent, working 37.5 hours per week, however, part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate

The Role: Customer Service Advisor

The Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Location: Hastings

Salary: £24,000- £25,000

Job role

  • Build and maintain trusting and valued relationships with our customers, colleagues and all operational areas.
  • Increase sales opportunities for the Company.
  • Arrange / co-ordinate, through liaison with the internal distribution network, agreed delivery schedules to provide for the timely supply of requested goods or services to meet demand.
  • Provide a positive call answer enquiry service.
  • Input orders, providing an accurate order progressing service.
  • Set up and maintain electronic and manual customer records

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role providing excellent customer service.

  • Experience in communicating and responding to customer queries via the telephone and email.
  • Positive attitude and motivation and have good attention to detail.
  • A confident and pleasant telephone manner
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Previous experience working in a team environment.
