This will include on-site assessments, coordinating the apprenticeship with the employer, college & apprentice, completing progress reviews, liaising with lecturers and conducting portfolio days.The ideal candidate will be an plumber who is qualified up to NVQ Level 3 (or above) and has experience in either plumbing, heating, gas or renewables. They will have excellent people & communication skills as well as good time management in order to manage a flexible schedule.This is a brilliant role to come off the tools into a role where you will work with the next generation of plumbers.The Role: *Managing a caseload of 40 apprenticeships*Carrying out on-site assessments*Liaising with the apprentice, employer & the college*Doing progress reviews The Person: *Engineer with Plumbing, Heating, Gas or Renewable experience*NVQ Level 3 Qualified*Excellent time management & communication skills*Want to move into an assessing/ training role
