Reed Education are seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Teaching Assistant, to work within secondary schools across Sussex. This role is perfect for those who are eager to make a significant impact on the educational experiences of students. This is an opportunity to gain/expand experience working with students with SEN.

Teaching Assistant Duties:

Guide students through their learning plans, with guidance from the teacher.
Create a supportive and inclusive environment within the classroom.
Collaborate with teachers to organise work and classroom activities.

Provide one-to-one support and/or a small group of students.
