We are working with a leader in IoT solutions, specialising in devices that monitor liquids such as fuel and fertilizer, as well as data loggers and asset trackers.  Location: East SussexType: Office base with hybrid options Salary: up to£50,000 - £60,000 We are seeking an Embedded Electronic Design Engineer to design and develop IoT devices, including liquid monitoring systems and asset trackers. You will be involved in the full product lifecycle, from concept to production, focusing on embedded systems, PCB design, and firmware programming.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electronics for IoT devices.
  • Work through the full design lifecycle from concept to production.
  • Program embedded systems (Microchip PIC microcontrollers).
  • Design PCB layouts using Altium Designer and work with communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, MQTT).
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience with embedded systems and Microchip PIC microcontrollers.
  • Strong background in PCB design and digital/analogue electronics.
  • Proficient with ECAD tools (e.g., Altium Designer).
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing and product development.
