School Administrator

School Administrator | Hastings | £24,000 - £26,000 per annum | Full-Time Permanent

They are currently seeking an efficient, motivated, and proactive School Administrator to join their dynamic team. As a School Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the school and contribute to the smooth running of the academic environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a School Administrator, your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide administrative support to the school leadership team and staff.
  • Manage student records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle school communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the school staff and leadership.
  • Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and HR functions for staff.
  • Oversee office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
