We are looking a for Recruitment Service Manager. To manage a busy sector of the Company. To carry out all recruitment services to prospective candidates and working closely with our clients. Main Duties
- Managing the candidate process from initial inquiry through to placement
- Managing temporary and contract staff
- Meeting with various clients in order to become a recruitment partner of choice
- Proactively sourcing new potential opportunities
- Achieve monthly/weekly KPIs
- Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs
- Ensuring your client's recruitment needs are being facilitated in the best possible ways
- Keeping up to date with current market trends within the recruitment industry
- Manage advertising
- A proven track record in leading end to end recruitment cycles
- Experience in working in a compliance heavy role
- Have an understanding of the recruitment industry, particularly in temporary staffing.
- Working with high volume workloads
- Working with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills the ability to deal with clients at all levels
- The ability to work under pressure
- Being able to 24/7 on emergency call for the division
- Manage and maintain an accurate client and employee database
Qualification’s Skills and Experience
- Good levels of education
- Computer literate
- Excellent marketing skills
- Previous experience of managing a recruitment desk
- Experience in managing staff
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to sell concepts and ideas
- Must have clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
